1. Services
Turnova LLC ("Turnova," "we," "us") provides residential and short-term rental (STR) cleaning services in Austin, Texas. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
All bookings are confirmed via phone or text. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed time window and will notify you if we are running late.
3. Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will return to address any areas that did not meet our standard at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the originally cleaned areas and does not cover new issues that arise after we leave.
5. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time and no alternative arrangements are made, a lockout fee may apply.
6. Liability
Turnova is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
7. Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice to recurring clients.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
